1.      Install glass/stone mosaic backsplash tiles at:

2.      South, west and north counter sections.

3.      Grout and clean dry new backsplash tile.

 

 

 

 

We hereby propose to furnish all the necessary labor for the completion of demolition and rehab construction that is agreed upon. All work above to be performed in a substantial workmanlike manner for the sum of : $500.00  30 % OF WHICH WILL BE PAID UPON THE SIGNING OF THIS AGREEMENT. Additionally, 40% will be paid as progress follows, and the final 30% will be paid upon completion of the work.

 

Total Labor:  Five Hundred  00/100.

 

Any alterations or deviation from the above specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon accidents or delays are beyond our control upon above work. Owner is responsible for all building permits.
